Within the DOHaD Council, are three members that make up the DOHaD Secretariat – composed of the President, the Treasurer and the Secretary, who are supported by administrative assistance. The Secretariat manages the activities of the Society; actively and continuously engaging in all aspects of the Society including internal Society management (finances, membership, newsletters, website, organization) as well as active and continuous promotion of the Society with external international bodies (including WHO, NGOs etc). The Secretariat meets through teleconference every 3 months. Secretariat positions are held for 3 years.

Secretariat members are elected. Any Society member can be nominated for a position on Secretariat. Nominations for posts that are up for re-election should include a cover letter explaining your interest and a brief CV and emailed to email@example.com.
